Bioportugal was constituted on June 13th of 1990, having started its activity on 20th of June of the same year.
Its evolution throughout the years,has been a continuous and gradual process.

In the outburst of the Company, pharmaceutical and diagnostic products were already a part of the objectives,although its sources were very much reduced,due to the restricted number of customers and the still weak presence in the market.Its financial and patrimonial assets had by then very little significance.

However,and in due time,a natural grouth happened,in the number of represented companys as well as the enlargement of work options,and therefore an increase of potencial customers and invoicing volume,enabling an improvement in terms of its financial and patrimonial resources.

All of this process,has contributed to the development and maturity of a company wich is currently in a position of total capability, to face the normal competition of the market in its area.
